ODROID, the Android based hand-held gaming platform is now shipping to excited developers. This thing went pre-sale in September and if you were lucky to get your order in, keep checking your mailbox. You might have an early Christmas present. The ODROID packs Android OS into a nice little package. It’s got an 833MHz Samsung S5PC100 processor, 512MB of RAM, and a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen. It can connect via WiFi, Bluetooth and a mini-HDMI output at 720P. The Android OS 1.5 runs off a 2GB TFlash card, with an 8GB SD card supplied for storage. I wonder if that’ll be pushed up to Android 2.0 before all is said and done.
