Dell Mini 5 Prototype Hands-On

The Engadget crew has the great privilege of having temporary posession of a Dell Mini 5 (a.k.a M01M a.k.a. Streak), and they’ve posted the best and most extensive picture set to date. It looks beautiful, slim, and only slightly too big to talk on.

Not much to say but get over there and check out the gallery!

Finally .. a big smartphone that one can actually hold. Am a male with normal hand size and I just can’t hold any of the so-called sleek phones in the market. I hate sleek phones. I’d prefer a big sized (yet sleek) phone like Dell Mini 5 anyday. At last !! Now we are talking.

Not too big at all, and I’m loving that screen size. Depending on price, I will strongly consider getting one.

After looking at the pics why did they have to include a proprietary USB port? Hopefully this is only a prototype and they include it on the final version.

I love it. It needs a mini usb port that can be used with peripherals but they must make it with gorilla glass. That will make it perfect for me. This is exactly what I want. I dont understand why some people have such a problem with the screen size, it is perfect. If you just want a little phone to make calls, text people, and keep the phone 5 inches from your face than go with one of any phone. If you will use it for much more and do it all at the same time than the Dell Mini 5 seems great.
