HTC Legend US Bound – Passes FCC with GSM
The HTC Legend passes through the FCC yesterday sporting quad band GSM, but the FCC filing does not list any 3G (WCDMA) frequencies, so at this time, it’s unknown what network it will have full potential with. Maybe neither, that way it makes the playing field level for everyone.
Just kidding about that last part. I’m sure HTC will be throwing some 3G into the US bound Legend, but at this point, it could be anything. Let’s hope that HTC somehow decides to throw in all the US 3G bands. I am an optimist at heart.
Unfortunately, that’s all the information I could find. I went through the FCC filings hoping there was something else hidden there, and couldn’t find any clues as to 3G bands.
