Nexus One users can now purchase an extra battery for their Google powered Android super phone. Available direct from Google’s Nexus One purchase page, the 1400mAH battery will cost you $25 + shipping. There really isn’t much more to say about it, other than if you are a power hog during the day, picking up an extra battery for 1/4 of a Benjamin might be worth it to be able to use your $530 Nexus One all day and all night.

Choosing Nexus One: Additional Batteries
One of the great things about the Nexus One is that you can easily remove and replace the battery. If you would like to be able to carry a fully charged spare battery, we recommend official Nexus One batteries for performance and reliability.
Please note that there is a purchase limit of five batteries per customer.
