Looks like Verizon has yet another Motorola build Droid coming out with the Droid X or Droid Xtreme or Shadow. Not sure exactly what it will be called at this time, but you can almost be sure it’ll have the “Droid” nomenclature in there. It looks to be a nice little update to the Droid line, with a 720Mhz OMAP3630 Processor, which is almost identical to the one found in the current Droid only about 120Mhz faster. It has a large screen coming in around 4.1 to 4.3″ depending on the source. Word on the screen is that it’s nicer than the original Droid’s screen, but not sure on the tech, but thoughts are it is not AMOLED. It’s very thin, has four physical navigation buttons and HDMI output. It’s reported to be running Android 2.1 and most likely that’s the version that will ship with it. Look for this sometime before the end of July.
