Gingerbread is now Open Source to All

As I write this post, Gingerbread, Android 2.3, is being pushed into the Android Open Source Project.  This means that within the next few hours you too can download your very own copy of Gingerbread for use on your AOSP phone, which incedently shouldn’t be a Nexus S.  According to Mr. Queru of Google, trying to use the Nexus S and AOSP can very easily turn it into a bricked phone, he has two of them.  So, be careful all those lucky individuals who purchased yesterday.  And to all the Developers out there, dig in.
