AT&T Atrix 4G Uploads Speed “not ‘capped’” – Update Coming

AT&T has made an official response through a Better Business Bureau complaint.  The complaint is that AT&T has “capped” the upload speed of the Atrix 4G.  According to the response the is no cap on the upload speed and it sounds like an update is required to take advantage of the capabilities of the Atrix.

The ATRIX is a HSUPA-capable device, and we currently are performing the testing and preparations necessary to ensure that, when we turn this feature on, you will continue to have a world class experience.
