You love designing and being creative, and want to share your own app? Choose your main character and a background, add other characters to interact with, create a world around them, and realize your own individual story or game with them. It’s like creating a storyboard for a movie! With Luna&Cat’s intuitive visual programming environment it’s as easy as drawing, writing, or cooking. And as difficult, too!
Luna&Cat has lots of cute and scary characters as well as beautiful backgrounds already built-in. You can also draw your own, or include images from your phone and camera.
You can also download, play, understand, and change millions of apps created by other like-minded users! On our sharing platform, you will find a huge selection of projects that you can freely reuse in your own projects or draw inspiration from. Of course you can also upload your new projects or your remixes to share them with your friends and the world.
With Luna&Cat you get more than just a nice app to design your own games. Check out the great featured games and try to finish the second level in each of them. Then create your own and show it off!
Luna&Cat is brought to you by a team of hundreds of volunteers working on the non-profit free open source project Catrobat.
If you want to help us by translating Luna&Cat to your language, please contact email@example.com and tell us for which language you are able to help. Languages not directly supported by Android are welcome, because you can switch the language in the settings of the app.
If you can help us in other ways, please check out https://catrob.at/contributing — you will become part of our team of volunteers! And please help promoting Luna&Cat among your friends and followers!

Luna&Cat is customized version of Pocket Code for female teenagers. Luna&Cat already has, and in the future will have even more differences to Pocket Code, e.g., different sample projects, a separate community platform for contributed projects, a different set of media assets that can be used in one’s projects, and many more differences. Luna&Cat is meant for a different user group than the one of Pocket Code, namely to entice a younger, female audience to learn about coding.
